SHIPPING
Original paintings are shipped directly from my studio in Annapolis, MD and shipping is included in the cost of the painting. Art requires special care in packaging and shipping to ensure it arrives safely. You will receive a shipping notification once your painting has shipped. Prints are fulfilled and shipped directly from Artspan, the marketplace and provider of my website. You will receive a shipping notification once your item(s) have shipped. Home & Living merchandise is fulfilled and shipped directly from Zazzle. You will receive order confirmation and shipping notifications directly from Zazzle.
RETURNS
Original pieces of art can be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued, including any fees and taxes within 5 days of receipt, provided the art is returned in the condition it was shipped out. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping I will be happy to provide a replacement or refund. Please document the damage with photos for me to use when making a claim with the shipper. Please contact me for return instructions. My contact info can be found on my ‘Contact’ page.

Commissions for custom artwork are considered final once you have signed off on the artwork and it is shipped out. We will, of course, have had several phone and/ or virtual calls prior to you signing off on the artwork. If the item(s) are damaged in shipping, please refer to the above ‘ORIGINALS’ section. Home & Living merchandise is fulfilled and shipped by Zazzle. You will receive return instructions with your order. Any returns or claims will be handled by Zazzle directly. I would like to hear from you if you find their merchandise or service isn’t satisfactory.
In the event of any dispute regarding damaged items or other issues, I agree to have Artspan mediate the said dispute and will abide by their decision or recommendations.
